Rapidly changing information technology and the constant necessity to increase corporate staff with highly qualified people have lead TXT e-solutions to take on an active role in training. This means that you will have many opportunities to take in joining our team. TXT e-solutions philosophy focuses on people who are supported in their growth by working in teams and taking part in stimulating projects. Constant training-on-the-job is carried out in cooperation with a tutor and with senior colleagues, thus facilitating the acquisition and the development of the technical know-how and of professional skills.Of course, the most classic training is also provided:the training plan follows the career path and includes the participation in internal and external courses that are different according to the position held in the company.The training performs a crucial role in the placement stage as well as along the career path and it ranges from the easy though essential reception days for the new collaborators, to basic courses for the acquisition of new technologies and highly specialist courses, both for organizing and managing growth and for the acquisition of advanced technologies.

Placement of university seniors and trainees in the company

Several agreements are currently in force with many Italian universities (Politecnico of Milan, Universities of Milan/Genoa/Trento/Pavia/Bergamo/Naples, University of Calabria, LIUC University of Castellanza-VA) and with other bodies (Enaip, Kantea, Città del Ragazzo, etc.) with the purpose of identifying and hosting the people interested in completing their training through the preparation of a thesis or through a stage in the Company.This first contact allows you to test your skills in relation to the Company's expectations and to cooperate with people already expert in business logics.

TXT e-solutions has decided to sponsor certain postgraduate training initiatives, among which the most important are:

• Master of the web, in cooperation with the Poliedra consortium, the Training and Knowledge Centre of the Politecnico of Milan, and Polaris
• Master in e-business & Supply Chain Management in cooperation with the LIUC University of Castellanza (VA)

We are interested in university seniors willing to prepare their graduation thesis or to follow a stage within our research and development projects, TXT e-solutions is actually considered by Universities as one of the best training-ground for top project engineers.
