Founded in 1989, TXT e-solutions is an international software products and solutions vendor and leader in “Strategic Enterprise Solutions” in the industrial and media sectors.

The company has been listed on the Italian Stock Exchange – STAR segment (TXT IM) - since July 2000 and has approximately 600 employees. Consolidated 2008 revenues are € 57.6 million. TXT has its headquarter in Milan with offices throughout Italy, in Paris, Lyon (F) ,Barcelona (E), Chemnitz, Halle (D), Bussum (N), London, Wynyard (UK) and New York (US).

TXT is specialized in the most dynamic and agile markets with the highest degree of innovation and renewal that require state-of-the art solutions, where process and business play a fundamental role in growing and competiveness. To answer to customer’s needs TXT has always invested in technology and in business processes innovation, making this a cornerstone on which to build its success. Research and Development has therefore a primary role in TXT; in 2008 the 11,8% had been spent of revenues in R&D to benefit all the business lines grouped in three business areas, based on operating compatibility and technological synergy:

• TXTPERFORM : software solutions for Supply Chain Management specialized in Fashion & Luxury, Speciality Retail, Consumer Goods, Discrete Manufacturing sectors;
• TXT Polymedia : product and service for Media & Channel Integration for broadcasters, media and telco operators;
• TXT Next : advanced software systems for Aerospace & Defence, Banking & Finance and High Tech.
