    Role and Main responsibilities: provide product technical knowledge;conduct product demonstrations & presentations;respond to customer documents; handover processes to implementers. The successful candidate will be required to analyse processes, to build a demonstration database and to demonstrate the TXT solution which covers the areas of demand forecasting and distribution, inventory, production / procurement planning and collaboration. The markets we work in are consumer goods, retail, fashion as well as distribution and manufacturing. We offer a permanent contract with an attractive compensation package.

    Ideally proven track record in Pre-sales or Consultancy within the Supply Chain sector and Planning Products, the best candidate comes from TXT competitors or similar (with experience in a Software Company). TXT will consider candidates with: experience of supply chain systems (preferably from within a software company);knowledge of industry standard ERP systems; experience of client facing demonstrations of solution based software products (Supply chain tools preferable); good computer and analysis skills, knowledge of forecasting or planning software, modules as APO, DP, PP; exposure to Microsoft SQL Server; excellent communication skills; ability to work to deadlines

  • Application Consultants and Project Managers

    We are looking for someone with experience in one or more of the areas of demand planning, account or category planning, merchandising or procurement gained in either a fast moving consumer goods, retail or fashion environment. This would suit someone who wants to move out of corporate life into the software and consulting industry, or someone who is already working in the software/consulting industry but who wants to move to a more dynamic company that is rapidly gaining key clients through innovative technology and processes.

    The candidate will be required to assist clients to deliver better performance in their management of demand and supply, through providing the tools and the processes to support consensus Demand Forecasting and Planning, effective Sales and Operations Planning as well as improving Account and Category management. These plans are then converted into Procurement or Distribution plans, ensuring a synchronous Demand Driven Supply Network (DDSN). Applicants should be highly computer literate, previous exposure to supply chain planning or ERP systems will be an added advantage. The successful candidate may also be required to take on the pre-sales role in certain instances.
