Pierluigi Corti

Pierluigi Corti graduated in Electronic Engineering. Working at TXT e-solutions since the founding, he was the general manager of TXT Automation Systems. He is currently responsible for internal information systems.

Sergio Gusmeroli

Sergio Gusmeroli holds a degree in Electronic Engineering. He worked as project leader at ENEL's research centre CISE and later at FIAR S.p.A. He joined TXT in 1995 as R&D project manager in the area of environmental protection, B2B e-commerce and advanced project management. He has authored over 30 papers published in the Italian and international press and presented at major conferences. Sergio Gusmeroli has served TXT as head of the International Research Business Unit since June 2000.

Alessandra Rizzi

After graduating in Psychology, Mrs Rizzi started her career at a management consulting company where she worked for 2 years. There, she collaborated with prestigious Italian companies and was responsible for recruiting, corporate training projects and also served as a teacher.
At TXT since 2000 in the Human Resources area, she has contributed to the strong expansion of the headcount and has been entrusted with growing responsibilities in the fields of personnel selection, compensation and training. Today Mrs Rizzi serves TXT as Human Resources Director.

Elena Antonini

Ms. Elena Antonini, who holds a degree in Information Science, has since 1990 implemented projects with multimedia technologies and subsequently projects dedicated to the healthcare, environment and finance markets. Since her arrival in the company in 2000, she developed the offering dedicated to the finance market. Ms. Elena Antonini currently serves TXT e-solutions as Banking & Finance B.U. Director.

Andrea Cencini

Andrea Cencini, who holds an ICT degree, was in charge of the design and development of network monitoring systems in a leading telecommunications firm. He joined TXT e-solutions in 1989 and since then has held positions of growing importance in the company, including Manager of the CRM and e-business business unit. Andrea Cencini is now TXTPERFORM B.U. Director.

Flavio Fusetti

Graduated in Electronic Engineering, from 1988 he worked with FIAR as Software Development Manager for sensors in the avionics sector, where he operated on international projects. He joined TXT e-solutions in 2000 as Account Manager in the Defense and Telecommunications branch. Since October 2001 he has been Aerospace & Defense B.U. Director.
