Stefano Brigato

Graduated in 1994 at Bologna University, Stefano Brigato approached the HR in Autogrill SpA, where he operated from 1996 to 2001: at first as training assistant, then as Standard&Training Manager for Spizzico and Burger King brands, actually as HR Division Manager Division.
From 2001 to 2006 he entrusted his responsibilities in two oil&gas companies: in Shell, where he managed and reorganized, consistently with the global strategy, the LPG sale force; in Liquigas, where he contributed in redefining the HR development system (training plan, incentive scheme, talents management).
In 2006 he was appointed HR Director in Générale de Santé, French company European leader in the private health, to coordinate its Italian subsidiaries (1 hospital, 6 clinics and 1 analysis laboratory with an head count of 1000 people) in order to develop and reorganize the group presence in Italy.

Sergio Gusmeroli

Sergio Gusmeroli holds a degree in Electronic Engineering. He worked as project leader at ENEL's research centre CISE and later at FIAR S.p.A. He joined TXT in 1995 as R&D project manager in the area of environmental protection, B2B e-commerce and advanced project management. He has authored over 30 papers published in the Italian and international press and presented at major conferences. Sergio Gusmeroli has served TXT as head of the International Research Business Unit since June 2000.

Mariateresa Rubino

Mariateresa Rubino graduated in Modern and Foreign language and literature. She has been working in TXT e-solutions since 1997, where she has collaborated to the creation of the marketing and communication department. She is responsible for the corporate communications and for every marketing activity of TXT Corporate, TXT Next and TXT Polymedia.

Elena Antonini

Graduated in Information Science, from 1990 to 2000 she implemented projects for Philips Group dedicated to the healthcare, environment and finance markets.
Since 2000, when she joined in TXT e-solutions, she has been developing the offering dedicated to the Financial market. In 2004 she was appointed Banking & Finance B.U. Director.

Flavio Fusetti

Graduated in Electronic Engineering, he worked in FIAR as Software Development Manager for sensors in the avionics sector operating on international projects. He joined TXT e-solutions in 2000 working firstly as Account Manager in the Defence and Telecommunications branch, then in October 2001 he had been appointed Aerospace & Defense B.U. Director.
