Alvise Braga Illa
Chairman & CEO TXT GroupAfter graduating at the Polytechnic Institute of Milan, Mr Braga Illa was a researcher and held courses at the Lincoln Laboratory and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he also led the Optical Communications Group and the Network Systems. He directed the R&D Labs at Italtel, founded Zeltron S.p.A. and managed the restructuring of Ducati Energia as a General Manager. Mr. Braga Illa founded TXT Automation Systems, sold to ABB in 1997, and TXT e-solutions in 1989.
Marco Guida
General Manager, TXT e-solutionsMarco Guida graduated in Electronic Engineering. He managed a Computer Integrated Manufacturing group at Pirelli Informatica until 1994, when he joined TXT e-solutions. First he was responsible for the Advanced Information Systems Division, then became Vice President in January 2000.
Marco Guida is currently in charge of the operations and results of TXT e-solutions' international subsidiaries and of all the company's business units. His responsibilities also include the supervision of the customer satisfaction process.
Tullio Pirovano
General Manager, TXT PolymediaA physics graduate, Tullio Pirovano worked for IBM Italy where he managed several software projects for important national and international customers, mainly in the field of data communication. During his tenure there he was also responsible for software development for special projects. At TXT e-solutions since 1998, he has led the growth of the Polymedia business unit, to become General Manager of the Media & Telco business unit today.
Paolo Matarazzo
Chief Financial Officer, TXT GroupAfter graduating from Milan’s Bocconi University and majoring in business administration at the University of San Diego (California), has had significant experience in the financial world. He was initially an analyst in London for three years and then worked for the Recordati Group for seven years, with responsibility for treasury management. In the following seven years he was Head of Finance, Administration & Control in Europe for Eurand, a company listed on NASDAQ in May 2007.
Paolo Colombo
Executive Vice President, Business Development, TXT e-solutionsAfter a degree in Electronic Engineering and an academic experience, he joined TXT in 1984, where he started as Account Manager for Aerospace & Defense customers. He held various positions in management and sales in all the business units and since 1997 has served as a member of the board of directors.
