A physics graduate, Tullio Pirovano worked for IBM Italy where he managed several software projects for important national and international customers, mainly in the field of data communication. During his tenure there he was also responsible for software development for special projects. At TXT e-solutions since 1998, he has led the growth of the Polymedia business unit, to become General Manager of the Media & Telco business unit today.
After graduating in Electronic Engineering in 1992, Leandro Vitali is currently Operations Director of TXT Polymedia having responsibility of business development, with focus on clients, and responsibility of projects delivery. From 2003 to 2005 he was responsible of the Rome office for business development in the middle-south Italy. He joined TXT Group in 1995, initially dealing with real-time software applications in the defense and electro medical areas. In 2001, he assumed the responsibility of both technical and commercial activities of the TXT Polymedia Telco unit. He started his career in Alcatel working on the development of the S12 commutation system.
Giorgio Tornielli joined TXT e-solutions Group in September 1999, where he initially worked as a Project Manager in the area of e-commerce and Internet-based application development. Since end 2007 he is responsible for the Polymedia Research and Development activities. With a degree in Information Technology at the University of Milan in 1986, he started his carrier as a researcher in Artificial Intelligence at Cise Tecnologie Innovative S.p.A. where he authored several publications in Italian and International magazines, books and conferences; he then moved to Enel S.p.A., the Italian Electricity Board, for a project management position in the research division.
With a strong competence in Multichannel Content Management, the newest video management and multiplatform delivery technologies, he is responsible for TXT Polymedia sales since 2007. He joined TXT e-solutions in 2000 where, as Industry Manager, he developed and managed Utilities & Services, Fashion and Retail markets. Graduated in Computer Science at the University of Milan, Oliver joined the Automation Research Centre of ENEL – the first Italian electricity provider- in 1992, where he launched and managed large international R&D projects on new generation Plant Automation Systems.
