System - Application Management and Hosting

TXT Polymedia offers a complete range of services for the activation, management and optimization of ICT infrastructures ranging from system management, to application management and to hosting and housing services.

More specifically, TXT Polymedia provides the following type of services:

• 1st and 2nd level system and application Help Desk
• Network & System Management
• Security Management
• Installation and start-up of hardware and software infrastructures
• Hardware and software maintenance

These services are provided both for infrastructure located in the TXT Polymedia server farm and for infrastructure located at the customer premise.

Hosting and housing services are provided from the TXT Polymedia server farm; it provides national and international connectivity and guarantees very high service levels.

System/Application Management and Hosting is currently offered by TXT Polymedia to customers in the area of broadcasting, industry, publishers and government.
