Marco Guida graduated in Electronic Engineering. He managed a Computer Integrated Manufacturing group at Pirelli Informatica until 1994, when he joined TXT e-solutions. First he was responsible for the Advanced Information Systems Division, then became Vice President in January 2000. Marco Guida is currently in charge of the operations and results of TXT e-solutions’ international subsidiaries and of all the company’s business units. His responsibilities also include the supervision of the customer satisfaction process.
Andrea Cencini, who holds an ICT degree, was in charge of the design and development of network monitoring systems in a leading telecommunications firm. He joined TXT e-solutions in 1989 and since then has held positions of growing importance in the company, including Manager of the CRM and e-business business unit. Andrea Cencini is now TXTPERFORM B.U. Director.
After graduating in Software Engineering, Riccardo Proni spent three years working for HP in the IT department, where he managed the infrastructure and office automation platforms of two sites. He joined TXT e-solutions' Industry & Retail division in 1995. Since 2001 he has held roles of growing importance in the delivery department, up to managing all projects related to the CPG, Aerospace & Defense and High Tech markets. Since 2005 responsibility of the development of the Industry markets (CPG, Discrete Manufacturing, High Tech). Since 2006 Riccardo Proni has served TXT e-solutions as Director of the TXTPERFORM Research & Development department.
Stefano Lena, who holds an ICT degree, developed Business Reengineering projects. He has worked at TXT e-solutions since 1994, initially as Account Manager and later on as Sales Manager for Italy until 2000; he is credited with the development of the retail market in the fashion and consumer products sectors. Stefano Lena is currently responsible for the international sales organization for TXTPERFORM solutions and products.
Luca Galbiati joined TXT in the 1990's. Involved since the beginning in the fast-growing supply chain group, he has covered several roles between R&D and Operations, contributing significantly to create what today is TXTPERFORM business unit. In the mid-1990s he focused his activities on operations practice, gaining extensive experience around Europe in project, people and customer management.

Alexandria Rumble is effecting her Psychology & Social Science degree with the UKOU and joins TXT e-solutions with 15 years experience in Supply Chain. Alexandria Rumble spent 10 years in Supply Chain at Bestfoods UK Ltd & Unilever PLC, fulfilling roles in Supply chain Management and IT.
Alexandria joined TXT e-solutions in August 2007 prior to which she was Supply Chain Analyst for AMR Research; working with C level executives in CPG, Retail, Pharmaceutical and High-tech industries on supply chain transformation initiatives; as well as software vendors in Retail and Supply Chain Management on Go to Market and Marketing. She is heading the Global Product Marketing team in the TXTPERFORM solutions BU.
Following his degree in ICT, Bernd Näther started his career as a software designer in the field of CNC product development for the company Numerik Chemnitz. He then joined Siemens Chemnitz/Erlangen, in the SINUMERIK division. Three years later, he established the Chemnitz-based software firm Open Soft GmbH with a business partner. The core business focused on the optimization of the production process. Bernd Näther early reached the position of "Product Development Manager" and later on turned into the company's Legal Representative. Consequent to the merger with the consulting firm CuBuSS GmbH from Halle (Saale), MSO Concept GmbH was born, with Bernd Nähter as Technical Division Manager from the year 2000 on. Since 2005 he has been the Director of TXTe-solutions GmbH Deutschland, in charge of Product Development and Support.
Following his university education at the Ilmenau Polytechnic, Holger Klappstein founded the software consulting firm CuBuSS GmbH in Halle (Saale) together with 4 partners, with focus on the apparel sector. In 1994, the partnership with the Chemnitz-based software firm Open Soft GmbH led to the shared development and marketing strategies of the MSO-APS (now part of TXTMAKE) product family. After the companies merged into MSO Concept GmbH, a new product was launched on the market, namely "MSO-eChain", known today as "TXTCHAIN". Holger Klappstein was responsible for introducing and marketing the MSO product range. Today he is the Director of TXTe-solutions GmbH in Germany and his responsibilities include selling TXT solutions in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH-Region).
