Depending on your needs and priorities, TXT can offer three lines of services.

• To facilitate identification of actual performance and opportunities, TXT offers a Supply Chain Performance Assessment Service.
• The second service line is based on Solution Optimization. Experience has shown that many Supply Chain projects do not meet targets initially set because of wrong expectations, communication breakdowns, poor data management, process redesigns and other factors related to the context of the project. To avoid this and to optimize solution investments, TXT Consult offers two options:
  • Design to Benefit (ex ante)
  • Improve and Optimize (ex post) These services evaluate in detail how to properly set and manage the right context for supply chain solution implementations, or provide detailed recommendation on how to improve the usage of existing solutions.
