BI: from data to critical information

A key component of the TXTPERFORM suite, Analytics, is the Business Intelligence functionality, used to gather, analyze and distribute company information in an intuitive and accurate manner. The solution enriches the planning and optimization functionalities of TXTPERFORM with its capability of measuring and understanding business performances.

Data such as sales forecasts, budgets, sales quantities, prices, margins, costs and promotions can be correlated and analyzed in-depth. All valuable information, including hidden information, is captured from this data and presented to users in the most relevant way, helping them make better decisions.

The solution is completely web-based and supports, for example, budget and forecast analysis, promotion efficiency, point-of-sale turnover and marginality and inventory turnover rates. Advanced analysis is provided to every department by means of ad hoc reports tailored to their specific needs and perspectives. Furthermore, dashboards and KPIs are applied to the analyzed processes in order to support the monitoring of company performance and decision effectiveness.

TXT Analytics is based on Microsoft SQL 2005 Analysis Services.
