Alvise Braga Illa Chairman, TXT Group
After graduating at the Polytechnic Institute of Milan, Mr Braga Illa was a researcher and held courses at the Lincoln Laboratory and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he also led the Optical Communications Group and the Network Systems. He directed the R&D Labs at Italtel, founded Zeltron S.p.A. and managed the restructuring of Ducati Energia as a General Manager. Mr. Braga Illa founded TXT Automation Systems, sold to ABB in 1997, and TXT e-solutions in 1989.
Marco Guida CEO, TXT Group
Graduated in Electronic Engineering, Marco Guida managed several innovative IT projects in various areas of the manufacturing operations of Pirelli Group until 1994, when he joined TXT e-solutions. At first he was responsible for the Advanced Information Systems Division and then in January 2000 he became Vice President. As Director of International Operations successfully led the transformation of TXT e-solutions from an Italian to an International Group. Since 2009 he is the Chief Executive Officer of TXT Group.
Paolo Matarazzo Chief Financial Officer, TXT Group
After graduating from Milan’s Bocconi University and majoring in business administration at the University of San Diego (California), has had significant experience in the financial world. He was initially an analyst in London for three years and then worked for the Recordati Group for seven years, with responsibility for treasury management. In the following seven years he was Head of Finance, Administration & Control in Europe for Eurand, a company listed on NASDAQ in May 2007.
Simone Pozzi CEO, TXT Retail
Simone Pozzi joined TXT in 2009 as VP Sales and Marketing, in 2014 Simone became Managing Director of TXT Retail and since May 2016 he has been named CEO TXT Retail.
With 20 years’ experience serving global customers Simone is a respected Retail and Fashion industry leader and has driven TXT Retail to become a transformational enabler and strategic partner for its customers.
Simone’s holistic vision for Merchandise Lifecycle Management has driven the value based engagement with customers, the evolution of the solution towards a latest generation platform with deep industry specific functionality and the development of the proprietary AgileFit project methodology that have allowed TXT Retail to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction in the industry.
Simone has previously held various international leadership roles at Geox, global brand and retailer, Oracle (Oracle Retail Business Unit), SAS (Marketmax), i2 Technologies (now part of JDA)
Simone holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Padua, Italy.
Andrea Cencini EVP, Chief Operating Officer, TXT Retail
Andrea Cencini, EVP Chief Operating Officer and member of the Board of Directors, is responsible for business operations, having a global responsibility on business consulting services of TXT's End-to-end Merchandise Lifecycle Management solutions. Since 1987 Andrea has worked in information technology, and previously served as Global Operations Director with responsibility for all projects and customer support services. Previously, he drove TXT’s Banking and Finance business and its Consulting Services. Graduated in Computer Science at the University of Udine, he joined TXT in 1989.
Paolo Enrico Colombo EVP, TXT Next Director
After graduating in Electronic Engineering, in 1979 he joined Olivetti in Ivrea and then he became a University Researcher and a Consultant for important IT companies. In 1984 he joined TXT and ever since he has guided the startup and the development of advanced system integration and Information Technology services in different markets (Aerospace & Defence, Banking & Finance, High Tech Manufacturing…), which converged in the Business Unit TXT NEXT.
