Speed and precision: TXT Industrial and Seko Kongskilde launch a new commercial configurator with SmartCPQ

A tailored solution to digitalize sales of agricultural and industrial machinery

TXT Industrial and Seko Industries — a Padua-based company owned by the IBLA fund, which grew in 2025 through the acquisition of Kongskilde from CNH Industrial — have jointly developed SmartCPQ, the new commercial configurator from the SmartConnext suite. The project, launched in mid-January 2026 and completed in just two months, replaced the tool inherited from CNH Industrial, bringing 155 distributors (55 under the Kongskilde brand, 100 under the Seko brand) into operation from early April.

The new solution delivers tangible benefits:

  • An estimated 30% cost saving on order management
  • A faster, safer, error-free sales process
  • Integration with ERP, dynamic price lists, and CRM, in line with lean and circular-economy principles
  • A commercial offer consistent with the technical characteristics of agricultural and industrial machinery

Both partners note that the project lays the groundwork for extending the configurator to Seko's full product range, with future language localizations for global use, as part of a broader digital transformation journey that also includes evaluating MRP systems for operations, delivery, and customer service.
