We support organisations in achieving awareness in using IT leverage to gain a competitive advantage. We establish control over strategic and operational ICT activities; over services and projects by moving from a product-oriented to a service-oriented culture.
We contribute to the creation of value generated by IT services, increasing the awareness of our customers towards the perception of the services provided through the measurement of performance, costs and delivery times.
IT Governance ensures complete alignment between IT and business, including and managing all components involved.
It is an element of Corporate Governance that aims to govern information systems by deriving IT objectives directly from business objectives.
Through a joint Business/IT action, the IT Governance action is expressed in the identification, definition and launch of initiatives and investments in the Information and Technology fields, in order to support the achievement of the expected business results.
Actions in this area aim to:
- increase management's awareness and ability to use IT leverage to gain a competitive advantage
- have control over strategic and operational ICT activities, services and projects
- integrate IT processes with business processes
IT Services and processes are the means by which an organisation creates value for its customers.
It is "the set of organisational and process capabilities that enable the creation of value through IT Services" (ITIL).
The aim is to structure and optimise the processes of the IT Department so that they are integrated with the processes of its own Customers (internal or external), through a Catalogue of Services managed according to the real business needs. This defines the methods of design, production and operation of applications and systems with a holistic approach to continuous improvement and a result-oriented culture of service and not product.
