Enrico Magni
Chairman - TXT GROUP
Enrico Magni is a seasoned entrepreneur.
He founded first Laserline (car alarms and electronic components for automotive), and in 2003 he acquired Lutech, an IT company, spin-off of a large industrial group. He drove the company growth through solid organic development and several acquisitions until 2017, when it was sold to One Equity Partner.
In March 2018, through Laserline S.p.A., he became the relative majority shareholder of TXT. In 2019 Enrico was appointed as Group CEO.
Since June 2020 he is Chairman of TXT Group.
Daniele Misani
Chief Executive Officer - TXT GROUP
After a graduation in Software Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, Daniele Misani obtained an MSc in Electrical Engineering at the University of Illinois in Chicago and an Executive Education degree at the London Business School.
He joined TXT in 2001 as a Software Engineer, since then holding different positions of growing responsibility from technical to sales and management departments.
In 2010, he became Key Account Manager for TXT’s largest aerospace customer, and in 2016 he was appointed Vice President, in charge of driving international business. In this role, he supported the PACE Gmbh integration process with the definition of the joint offering on a global scale.
In 2019, Daniele Misani was appointed Managing Director in charge of the Aerospace & Aviation division, a member of the Board of Directors and of the Group Executive Committee.
Since June 2020 he is CEO of TXT Group.
Marcello Bussolin
Chief Financial Officer - TXT GROUP
Marcello Bussolin holds a Master’s Degree with honors in Markets and Business Strategies from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, as well as an MBA from SDA Bocconi School of Management. He is registered in Section A of the Milan Register of Chartered Accountants.
He has built a solid track record in M&A, Private Equity and strategic finance, developed within a leading consulting firm where he held managerial roles and oversaw major buy-side and sell-side transactions involving large multinational groups operating in complex, cross-border environments. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience in the structuring and execution of acquisitions, leveraged buy-outs and exit processes, supporting investment funds and international industrial groups in growth strategies, reorganization processes and capital enhancement initiatives.
Since 2022, he has been part of TXT, taking on roles of increasing responsibility at Corporate level as Head of Administration, Finance and Control.
He has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the TXT Group effective February 2026.
